Paul J. Gagliardi was born and raised in
Athol, Massachusetts, attended Athol public schools, received his
Bachelor's Degree, magna cum laude, from Tufts University, and his
law degree from Boston University School of Law. He has also earned
a Masters in Taxation at Boston University School of Law. Paul, who
has been practicing in Amesbury since 1977, is a member of the
Amesbury Lions Club and Clerk of the Amesbury Chamber of Commerce
and Industrial Foundation, Inc., as well as a member of its Board of
Directors. He is a past president of the Amesbury Chamber of
Commerce, and a past board member of that organization. In
addition, he is a member of the American, Massachusetts, Essex
County, and Newburyport Bar Associations as well as the Real Estate
Bar Association of Massachusetts.

We are pleased to announce that Michael A. Tucker, of Amesbury,
Massachusetts, has become associated with the firm. Tucker is a graduate
of Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts, and New England School of
Law in Boston. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S.
District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. First Circuit
Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been in the
private practice of law since 1991. Tucker is experienced in and
primarily focuses on civil and criminal litigation. He regularly
represents corporations, both for profit and nonprofit, and provides
estate planning services.
