Michael A. Tucker received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from New England School of Law and holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts. He is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been in the private practice of law since 1991. He is experienced in and primarily focuses on civil and criminal litigation. He regularly represents corporations, both for profit and nonprofit, and provides estate planning services.
